At White Rabbit Event Planners, our mission is to host “affordable” Craft Fairs & Festivals, from the unique perspective of vendors, themselves.

At White Rabbit Event Planners, our mission is to host “affordable” Craft Fairs & Festivals, from the unique perspective of vendors, themselves.
Being a vendor for over a decade, I‘ve traveled all around East Tennessee and participated in dozens & dozens of Craft Fairs. Some events were smaller than others, in many different types of venues ~ Churches, Social Halls, and VFW halls. Some larger events have been in school parking lots, gyms/halls for quick 3 hr. fundraisers and shopping expos at the Field of Dreams Activity Center in Dandridge. The latter has, by far, become my preferred venue of choice.
We've learned exactly what works & what doesn’t. We are also committed to keeping vendor costs down, so the talented folks all around East Tennessee and beyond, can afford to come showcase their hobbies, their small businesses, their culinary talents, economically….but also have fun doing it!
Our events are not ‘just’ Craft Fairs where all there is for folks to do is come to shop, we also offer activities for kids, hold contests, and hope we show folks that they can bring their families with them. Field of Dreams has a kids’ playground, a covered pavilion where folks can come with their friends & families, to barbecue or just gather at the picnic tables and enjoy the fantastic food offered from our food trucks & sweet treat trailers & bakery booths.

We’re committed to going the extra mile, when it comes to our Craft Fair vendors. Advertising for events is not just limited to newspaper advertisements and word of mouth….we give our vendors the most bang for their booth fee buck!

We’re committed to going the extra mile, when it comes to our Craft Fair vendors. Advertising for events is not just limited to newspaper advertisements and word of mouth….we give our vendors the most bang for their booth fee buck!
We’ve been fortunate enough to work with multiple Producers to gain on-air interviews with local Knoxville News Stations, getting into thousands of East Tennessee homes, and promoting each event. We love showing Knoxville & surrounding areas the talents of our vendors!
All our Craft Fairs have a strong online presence, as well. Each event is included in Community Calendars of all 3 of our local television networks, WVLT, WBIR, and WATE. Our events are also advertised in several of our Jefferson County online newspapers' Community Events, and approximately a dozen of the Facebook Vendor Events groups in E. Tennessee. And, our vendors share our events from Crossville to Bristol! That’s more exposure than most Event Coordinators offer. With our Sponsors’ help, radio & television advertisement spots will also be added to our advertising budget.

Why...? The Field of Dreams Activity Center boasts 31,000 sq. ft. of space, each side holding approximately (60) indoor vendors, along with a sufficient amount of outdoor
With extensive experience as a vendor, participating in 3 events per year at the Field of Dreams since 2016, this facility outshines most other venues in our book!
Why...? The Field of Dreams Activity Center boasts 31,000 sq. ft. of space, each side holding approximately (60) indoor vendors, along with a sufficient amount of outdoor space to include 15-18 outdoor vendors & vendor trailers. With (75+) indoor and outdoor vendors & food trucks for each of our Craft Fairs, this is the reason why this is the perfect venue in our town. With the large number of vendors assembled in one place, our Dandridge Craft Fairs are comparable to the "big dogs" of vendor events, held in the Knoxville Expo Center, and in the Gatlinburg Convention Center. But....our events are decidedly different from their events ~ we DO NOT charge admission into our Craft Fairs.
We reside in the town of Dandridge, and presently, our Craft Fairs & Festivals are exclusively held at the Field of Dreams Activity Center. However, we are branching out to other venues in the near future, with different types of events. We’re offering fundraising services at local area churches soon, and we are excited about helping local causes!

Our company also works with event production services, including photography, sound, video, and more. We work tirelessly with each event’s new & returning vendors, giving them options of where they’d prefer their booths to be, and permitting our inside vendors to also use canopies for their booths, as the outdoor vendors do. We work tirelessly with each event’s new & returning vendors, giving them options of where they’d prefer their booths to be, and permitting our inside vendors to also use canopies for their booths, as the outdoor vendors do. Field of Dreams has (2) levels, which gives the indoor vendors plenty of room to erect canopies if they so choose….with specific guidelines to follow, but with no height restrictions.
Who doesn't love a little background music while wandering through our wide array of vendors, both inside and out? With fun playlists & a variety of music from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s....hopefully there's a tune or two that gives you fond memories, while shopping our talented vendor booths!
