We are BIG supporters of the Humane Society of Jefferson County!

Most folks that know us, know we have adopted Siberian Huskies from all over the country. We have a pack of (9) Huskies & Malamutes…and we are strongly of the opinion of “Adopt, Don’t Shop.”  

This means we are advocates of animal shelters & rescues…and we actively support the Humane Society of Jefferson County, as we’ve resided in Jefferson Co. since 2015.  We want to do our part in giving them more exposure, through participation in our craft fairs & festivals. When we’re able to get HSJC some air time on our local news station’s morning shows that help us promote our events, we DO!! They get to tell folks all about their Spay & Neuter programs, regular vaccination days and additional public events, as well as showing off an adorable, adoptable dog or cat, waiting to find their forever home. Who can resist those beautiful faces..?? 

Their Mission Statement:  Our mission is to protect, serve and advocate for the mutual benefit of the animals and citizens of Jefferson County.

We have some future fundraising plans for HSJC , as well….and we are working hard to get these off the ground soon!
